How does our Program Work

1. SCHEDULE A WORKOUT

Scheduled your free introductory workout and we’ll perform an individualized assessment.

  • Call or schedule online!
  • We will find the best time for you!

2. PERFORM AN ASSESSMENT

This is your opportunity to try out the workout before you invest any more time into a new fitness program. After this 45 minute Introductory Workout you will have experienced a full body workout and have all the information you need to make a decision on how you will like to move forward.

  • Complete a Full Body Workout

3. START TRAINING

Workout with an expert trainer for just 15 minutes twice per week!

  • Two 15 minute workouts week!
  • Ongoing diet coaching!
  • Walk 30 minutes daily!
